The Construction and Maintenance Division (CMD) of IGNOU looks after the Maintenance of the University Estate which includes Administrative Blocks, Academic Blocks, EMPC Building, CMD building, Residential Complex at MGRC, AGVC, Regional Centre Delhi-I & II.
