  • Approximately 3 years of experience in Pedagogy & Gender, in Jharkhand Education Project Council, (JEPC) Ranchi, from 2003-05.
  • Management/Administering/Monitoring of activities in JEPC (DIET, Ranchi) and DPEP/SSA interventions in Jharkhand.
  • Organized teachers' training (5 days) workshops at the State level in Jharkhand
  • State Resource person on Value Education, JEPC Ranchi.
  • Monitoring/action research of CRCs/BRCs/EGS/Govt. Primary Schools of different blocks.
  • Participated in the State Level Video (Script Writing) Workshop held in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
  • Developed script for Interactive Radio Instructional Programme run by Educational Development Council (EDC) for Jharkhand.
  • Worked in the capacity of Senior-Component in charge ofMahila Samakhya in JEPC and organized State level Mahila Sammelan, Sahayogini meetings, Bal Mela et. al. & innovative practices for fostering economic activities of women self-help groups & organized State level workshops on Nutrition/Health and Legal issues.
  • Initiated & finalized MOU for setting up of Mahila Samakhya Society for the State of Jharkhand.
