MPDD maintains the inventory of printing paper, art card, envelopes, corrugated boxes, packing material and study material. The total volume of print material i.e. blocks, assignments, programme guides, prospectuses and other miscellaneous publications like reports, brochures, project material, forms etc. got printed and received in MPDD stores during 2011-2012 was to the extent of 1crore 44 lakhs copies.

These material are received, gathered and dispatched from 4 stores at headquarters. The total space available for warehousing the printed study material at Maidan Garhi (HQ) is approx. 6827 sq.mts and approx. 1600 sq.mts. is the storage space available at RP Bagh (CWC Warehouse) to store the Offset Printing paper and Art card.
