This Unit basically processes the data for despatch of material to students based on the information of registration, re-registration and change of course provided by Student Registration Division.

The Unit also maintains the statistics of material held in stock/ dispatched and plans the future print requirments based on enrolment projections for all Programmes and Courses. The despatch details of material to students is also posted regularly on IGNOU website.
