Programme Officer
Since joining as programme officer, I have different kind of duties and responsibilities. Programme officer main work is to look after the Presentation unit. I did hundreds of video capsuling for IGNOU daily morning telecast for Doordarshan I along with liasoning. Beside with I am involve making and producing of audio/video Programmes on different topics and themes. I also did lot of live teleconferencing duties. I have been given the responsibilities as convenor of Urdu audio/Video Programmes where lot of programmes have been produced and also covered lot of activities in urdu world. Most of the Urdu Programmes are in literature, enrichment and awareness for urdu knowing viewers. These programmes have been appreciated and are popular. I am also incharge of audio/video library in EMPC where lot of audio/ video master cassette along with copies and other related material have been kept. Many times I have been given the responsibilities of coverage, making the reports of important events of IGNOU and outside. I have also participated in many workshops, conferences and other related activities. I have been invited by NCERT as an expert for developing and innovating of curriculum based audio/videos for their students. Beside these activities I have also completed my Ph.D from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. Whatever responsibilities and duties have been assigned to me I did with my best professional abilities and approach.
