Inter University Consortium for Technology Enabled Flexible Education and Development (IUC-TEFED) (presently COE)- IGNOU invites proposals from teachers, academics and administrators of IGNOU, State Open Universities and CCIs/DEIs for an attachment programme of 4 weeks at educational and research institutions of their choice.

A limited number of 4-5 Fellowships are available at present and the number of Fellowships is likely to increase in future. Interested applicants may send in their proposals clearly indicating their field of work and area of collaboration for the period of attachment along with the consent letter from the institutions where they will be working.

Non-IGNOU applicants willing to be attached with IGNOU may indicate the School, Division, Centre etc., where they will be willing to work.
