Mr Anil Kumar

Assistant Registrar

Sh Anil Kumar took charge as Assistant Registrar for serving INDIRA GANDHI NATIONAL OPEN UNIVERSITY, Regional Centre, Panaji on 08th February 2011. He was instrumental in enhancing the Gross Enrollment Ratio of the students and also an active academic and finance person who has completed M.Sc.(Specialization –Adv. Electronics), M.Sc.(IT), MBA, MCA, MA(Economics), PGDDE, UGC-NET in Management. Before joining as Assistant Registrar of IGNOU Regional Centre, Panaji. He has worked as Assistant Commandant in BSF, Deputy Manager, Mid Corporate Branch in the State Bank, at Faridabad to serve as Credit Manager.

 
During his long 06 yrs stint at State Bank, He has provided leadership, strategic planning, management and evaluation for financial matters. He was the active member in establishing the CBS (Core Banking Solution) any time any where banking for State Bank in Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana and Chandigarh (UT).
 
As Assistant Registrar in IGNOU Panaji, He was looking after financial and establishment of the five districts which includes North Goa, South Goa (in the state of Goa), Belgaum, Dharwad, Karwar (in the state of Karnataka) & Sindhudurg (in the state of Maharashtra).
He has served as Assistant Registrar, Examination (SED) the most challenging and responsible post since June-2012 to January-2017.  He has been serving in IUC as Assistant Registrar since 20.01.2017 to till date.
