Dr. Bijayalaxmi Mishra

Dr. Bijayalaxmi Mishra has done her Masters Degree in Political Science from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha and Ph.D in Political Science  from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. She Joined IGNOU in 2011 as a Deputy Director in the erstwhile Distant Education Council (DEC). Prior to joining DEC, she served in Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi in the Research Division and the international Division in various capacities.
