The course will be implemented by adopting a combination of Face to Face and Flexi mode of teaching.

1. The minimum age of the Shishyas to be 15 years
2. The eligibility qualification of the Shishyas to be functional literate
3. The Certificate course shall be of 16 credits having 2 Blocks for theory, each block carrying 2 credits and practical curriculum carrying 12 credits.
4. The evaluation shall be by viva voce for theory and demonstration of skills for practical.
5. The duration of the course to be minimum 6 months and maximum 2 years.
6. The registration fee for the Shishyas Rs.500/-
7. Course fee Rs.3000/- to be paid in 2 instalments, first instalment along with the Registration fee of Rs.500/- and the final instalment on completion of 3 months of the curriculum.
