This programme aims to introduce the basic patterns of the Japanese language at the elementary level so as to develop the students’ competence in the four skills of reading, writing, listening and speaking. It also initiates the learner into basic aspects of Japanese culture.
The course material comprises print material (SLMs), integrated with A/V CDs.
