With over a decade of Post Graduate teaching experience, Padmini has been a Lecturer at Punjabi University Patiala and Chaudhary Devi Lal UniversitySirsa. She is an alumnus of IIMC (Ad &PR) Delhi and Panjab University Chandigarh.. She has Masters Degrees in Mass Communication and Psychology with NET JRF in both subjects and SLETs of UP and HP.
Padmini has developed video modules for NCERT, Punjabi University, Pudduchurry University and IGNOU. She has published research articles, newspaper and magazine articles, and Lessons for Study Material to Distance Learners. Also presented research papers at international and national Conferences, Chaired sessions and been a Resource Person for Corporate and Academic Trainings. She was involved with setting up the Community Radio Station, a web portal and an SMS News hotline at Sirsa. She had held offices of Placement Incharge and NSS Coordinator and involved with setting competitive exam papers for Navratna Companies, teaching guest courses at Delhi University, Doon University and GGSIP University, besides guiding Student Research Dissertations. She freelances for conducting Market researches, Content Writing for Influencer Blogs and Copy Writing for advertising agencies.
Padmini is an ‘A Certified’ Mountaineer from Nehru Institute of Mountaineering Uttarkashi. Language trained at Google and trained to be a Trainer by Deutche Welle Germany and UNICEF, she is a Post-Graduate Diploma holder in Journalism; Advertising & PR and Distance Education. Padmini has worked with prestigious advertising agencies like Mudra Communications and iB&W. She has been a Reporter with The Tribune, Radio host with AIR, Family Counsellor with Indian Council of Social Welfare; Personality Development Trainer for SCERT; Soft Skills Trainer for Infosys Campus Connect Programmes for professional students. She conducts Story Telling Sessions for live audiences and hosts film and travel shows for External Services Division AIR.
