Associate Professor
Mr. Ajay Mahurkar is an Associate Professor in History. His areas of specialisation are Popular Protest and Politic in Modern India and Ecological Tourism. Currently he is researching on 19th Century Mauritius.
His other areas of interest include student support in Distance Education and Open Learning. For this he is working on a project on student support in collaboration with the SOSS school council. He is coordinating courses in Social History (MHI- 06) and Foundation Course in Humanities and Social Sciences (BSHF-101).
