Professor

Dr. Uma Medury is a Professor with Faculty of Public Administration in School of Social Sciences,.She has 30 years of teaching and research experience in the discipline of Public administration. She has been involved in the development of Courses in Bachelor’s Degree Programme in Public Administration and Master’s Programme in Public Administration, Certificate Programme in Disaster management and Post graduate Programme in Disaster Management PGDDM). She is currently the Programme Coordinator of PGDDM and Ph.D Programme in Public Administration.

Her areas of research are New Public Management and Governance. She has published a book, several research articles and co-edited few books.
