Prof Alka Dhameja

Prof. Alka Dhameja is Professor with the Faculty of Public Administration. She has experience of 20 years in the field of public administration. Her areas of interest include Administrative Theory, Ethics, Civil Society and Disaster Management.
She has coordinated four Programmes (Bachelor Degree and Masters in Public Administration, as well as Certificate and Diploma in Disaster Management), along with her colleagues. She has nine full-fledged courses to her credit. Besides, she has edited three books -- one solo and two with her colleagues -- on themes pertaining to issues in administration, disaster mitigation and contemporary concerns of public administration. She has over 19 research articles to her credit.
