The global facility management market is projected to grow from $1,260.36 billion in 2022 to $1,856.44 billion by 2029, at a CAGR of 5.7% in the forecast period. International Facility Management Association (IFMA), India Chapter mentions that Facility Management is practiced by 25 million people around the world. The Facility Management industry is growing at a rapid pace and the roles of Facility Managers are broadening to encompass more responsibilities - right from leasing, budgeting to maintaining of property and equipment.
