TTT under the Diploma in BPO Finance & Accounting programme (DBPOFA) was organized and conducted by the programme coordinator Dr. Geetika Johry, SOVET; IGNOU & SME from industry jointly at IGNOU HQ’s from 25^th May, 2010 to 26^th May, 2010 for course BPOI – 006. The participants were mainly Academic counselors from various study centers and resource persons were SME’s from the BPO industry and Academia from the University

The main objective of the TTT was to orient the counselors regarding teaching, learning and delivery along with the kind of practical activity required during counseling for the English Communication course.
