Term End Examinations beginning June 2016

IGNOU is now geared up for Term End Examinations beginning June 2016. The number of student taking TEE is over 5.5 lakhs appearing at 886 examination centres established across the country including examination centres in far-flung areas like Leh, Portblair, etc. There are 113 examination Centres in Jails facilitating jail inmates. Besides, 39 overseas examination centres have been established for overseas students. In Delhi-NCR, around 1.4 lakhs students shall be appearing for the examination in June 2016. The examinations commence from 1st June 2016 and conclude on 28th June 2016.
The University has issued Hall Ticket (Examination Intimation Slips) to the eligible students and facility has been provided to download hall ticket from the University’s website www.ignou.ac.in. The students can download their Hall Tickets from the University website and appear in the examination with the valid identity card issued by the University.
The University has provided necessary directions to the Examination Centres to allow the students to appear in the term end examinations on the basis of availability of their name, enrolment number and courses in the list of examinees provided to the examination centres by the University even if the students do not possess the Hall Ticket (Examination Intimation Slips).The mobile phones and other electronic devices are not permitted inside the examination hall.
