PCF6 CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have already paid your PCF6 conference fee and unfortunately discover later that you will be unable to attend, please notify us of your situation as soon as possible. We can then help you and possibly make a space available for another delegate. [registration@pcf6.net]
The terms of our cancellation policy are listed below.
- If a registered delegate is unable to attend the Forum for any reason, they may substitute (by arrangement with the PCF6 organizers) someone else from the same institute or organization. An administration fee of Rs.1,500 / $32 is applicable.
- If a registered delegate is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:

- Extenuating/unavoidable circumstances may be taken into account at the discretion of the organizers.
- For accommodation reservations, please refer to the terms and conditions provided by the Event Manager (Conference & Incentives Management India Private Limited). If you have any queries or should any problems occur while you are doing this, please contact the PCF6 organizers on pcf6@pcf6.net.
*Please note that the more notice the Event Manager has from you, the more likely you are to be successful in getting a refund of your accommodation deposit payment.
- In the case of a contributing author who has cancelled, the paper will not be published in the Forum publications.
- Any refunds due will be made within 30 days of confirmation that a refund is due.
