with independent responsibility for promotion, planning, design, development,
implementation of large computer based information systems.
3. Demonstrable/proven
experience in the field of Data Communications and Networking (including
Internet and WWW), Multi-media Development, or Software Engineering related
activities, using object-oriented approach. 4.
Experience in providing training in IT related subjects/topics and writing/development

No refund of the Application Form fee shall be made in case the University decides not to fill up the post(s) advertised by it. Prescribed Application Form can be obtained in person from Recruitment Cell, Room No.13 Block-7 IGNOU,ND 11068 by submitting a Demand Draft drawn in favour of IGNOU payable at New Delhi for Rs.40/- for General category and Rs.20/- for SC/ST candidates. Candidate should invariably mention on the backside of Demand Draft, his/her name, full residential address and the post applied for. Application Form will be provided free of cost to the Physically Handicapped candidates with minimum 40% disability. Application Form can also be obtained by post by writing to the “Assistant Registrar (Recruitment cell), Block-07, Indira Gandhi National Open University, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi-110 068” indicating the name of the post for which Form is required.
The candidate should enclose with his request a
self addressed envelope of 13X28 cms size duly stamped with a Postal
stamp of Rs. 5/- along with
the Demand Draft for the requisite amount mentioning on the backside of Demand
Draft his/her name, complete residential
address and the post for which the Application Form is required.

Filled in downloaded Application Form isto be submitted along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 40/- for General (UR) and Rs. 20/- in case of SC/ST candidate drawn in favour of IGNOU and payable at New Delhi.
