B
Tech Civil: Construction Management (BTCM)
The
B. Tech. Civil (Construction Management) programme is a 4-year programme
consisting of four modules of study. The design of the programme structure
is such that it provides in-built modularity and flexibility. After
successful completion of the first two modules, i.e., Module I and
Module II, a learner is eligible for the award of an Advanced Diploma
in Construction Management (ADCM). This enables the learner either
to opt only for ADCM or to move on to completing the B.Tech. degree.

Advanced
Diploma in Construction Management (ADCM)
The
design of programme structure of BTCM provides in-built modularity
and flexibility. The eligibility criterion for admission to ADCM is
the same as that of BTCM. The study of first two modules i.e. Module-I
and Module-II constitutes the Advanced Diploma in Construction Management.
Further study of remaining two post-advanced modules completes the
B. Tech. Civil (Construction Management) Degree. In this way a learner
then has a flexibility to study either only ADCM and exit from the
system or to move further to complete B. Tech. Degree.

Advanced
Diploma in Water Resources Engineering (ADWRE)
It
is a 2-year programme and forms a part of 4-year programme structure
of BTWRE. The eligibility criterion for admission to ADWRE is the
same as that of BTWRE. The study of first two modules constitutes
the Advanced Diploma in Water Resources Engineering. After completion
of this programme, the learner may continue with 2-years of additional
study to become eligible for the award of BTWRE. The students also
have option to discontinue after ADWRE and take up the study at later
date to complete the degree programme.
