| Students Service for Virtualcampus Programmes (BIT/ADIT) Help Desk For the benefit of
the students of BIT and ADIT a Help Desk is being opened on IGNOU's web
site to enable students to send messages seeking any help or assistance
in the delivery of the programme. While all efforts will be made to cater
to genuine requirements and keep the students informed of the same, it
will be difficult to individually reply to each and every student on issues
of common interest. However, if a student requires any specific assistance,
not covered in the issues of common interest it will be attended to separately
in a reasonable period of time. Help Desk will entertain issues raised
by the students through e-mail or letters written and addressed to the
