Assistant Professor
Dr. Abhishek Mishra is a dedicated educator, currently holding the position of Assistant Professor in the Discipline of Entrepreneurship, HRM, and Human Values and Ethics within the School of Interdisciplinary and Transdisciplinary Studies at IGNOU. His professional journey reflects a rich tapestry of experiences, including a 1.5-year stint as an Assistant Professor (Resource Person) at BBAU LUCKNOW, followed by a role as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the same institution. In recognition of his scholarly pursuits, he was honored with the ICSSR DOCTORAL FELLOWSHIP in 2017 and, more recently, the ICSSR POSTDOCTORAL FELLOWSHIP in 2022. Dr. Mishra's academic contributions extend to the publication of two enlightening books and a total of 18 research papers, encompassing peer-reviewed journals and book chapters, along with engaging presentations at international and national conferences. With a keen interest in understanding how to enhance performance, he draws inspiration from the timeless wisdom of the ShreemadBhagwad Geeta, and his work adds valuable insights to the realms of Entrepreneurship, HRM, and Ethics, significantly impacting both academic scholarship and real-world practice.
