Dr. Manroop Singh Meena is basically a resident of Hansai village of Bari tehsil in Dholpur district of Rajasthan state. After completing primary education from village, he has had his Post-graduation in Political Science, M.Phil & Ph.D, Deptt. of Political Science. from Rajasthan University, Jaipur. Dr. Manroop Singh Meena has served 37 years in the post of Asstt. Professor, Associate Professor, Professor & Principal in the Higher Education, Department of the Govt. of Rajasthan. He has been the member of the Executive Council of Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He has been nominated as a member of the Establishment Committee of NCERT, New Delhi. Also he was Special Officer (OSD), member of the Board of Management, Dean of Social Sciences, Chairman of the Research Board, Faculty of Arts, member of the Examination Planning and Control Committee in Maharaja Surajmal Braj University, Bharatpur (Rajasthan). He was also a member of the Academic Council of Rajasthan University, Jaipur, Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner and Maharaja Surajmal Braj University, Bharatpur (Rajasthan). Recently, he has been nominated as IGNOU’s nominee to the Academic Council of Vardhman Mahaveer Open University, Kota by IGNOU. I am also a Visitor’s nominee in Central University of Odisha, Koraput. Also, I have been appointed as a member of first Finance Committee in Central Tribal University, Andhra Pradesh.
