Graphic Artist
Arif Hasan Naqvi is currently working as Graphic Artist, at Electronic Media Production Centre, IGNOU. He has around Twenty Six years of experience in Television Graphics and Production, especially in the area of Digital Imaging and Animation. He has worked as Graphic Artist (1993-2008) at Doordarshan Kendra Raipur.
He has been an Artist, Trainer, Course Writer, Paper-setter, and Examiner for Animation & media- related courses for various institutions and universities of repute including IGNOU. He has Imparted several Lectures on Digital Imaging/Television Graphics/Virtual Set in various workshops organised by EMPC and other programs of university.
During his Posting at Doordarshan Raipur Arif Hasan Naqvi had produced a number of TV programmes independently for years, mainly: documentaries, musical shows, interviews, weekly news roundups, several anniversaries and special coverage of national importance. He has produced 13 episode Serial, ‘Bhartayan’, on 150th anniversary of India’s first freedom struggle. He had received four Doordashan Awards/Appreciations for some of his meritorious productions.
Arif Hasan Naqvi had also done Technical/Professional Courses/Trainings from Film and Television Training Institute of India, Pune. Shaf Broadcast, Mumbai, Sony and various trainings organised by Doordarshan.
His Areas of Interest and specialization are: Video production, Virtual Set and Animation, Digital Photography & Digital Editing techniques.
