Introduction

The 3-year B.Sc. programme under Four Year Undergraduate Programme (FYUP) has been offered to cater to the growing demands of quality education and employable workforce with science background. This programme has been designed in view of NEP 2020 with a semester approach in mind.

Objective

Learners pursuing this programme would be able to:

1. Foster deep interest in learning Science subjects.
2. Develop broad and balanced knowledge and understanding of definitions, concepts, principles and theorems.
3. Familiarize with suitable learning methods to handle issues and problems in sciences.
4. Enhance the ability to apply the knowledge and skills acquired by them during the programme to solve specific theoretical and applied problems in science.
5. Provide sufficient knowledge and skills enabling to undertake further studies in science.
6. Develop a range of generic skills helpful in employment, internships and social activities.
7. Appreciate the complex interplay between science and society.

   Medium of Instruction: English and Hindi
