Mandate
- Survey, collection and documentation of TKS
- Evaluation, identification, characterization and multiplication of the strength of TKS
- Assess, analyze and harmonise the contemporary relevance and application of local, regional and national TKS and developing global linkage
- Encompasses cross-cutting and supportive issues e.g. IPR, national policy formulation and governance, integration of IKS with other knowledge systems
- Formulate and implement personal, process and product certification
- Certification and Accreditation of Prior Learning and Knowledge (ACPL) for various disciplines of TKS
