Train the Trainers (TTT) for BPOI – 007 course (IT Skills)
TTT under the Diploma in BPO Finance & Accounting programme (DBPOFA) was organized and conducted by programme coordinator Dr. Geetika Johry, SOVET; IGNOU & SME from industry jointly at IGNOU HQ’s from 12th August, 2010 to 13th August, 2010 for course BPOI – 007. The participants were mainly Academic counselors from various study centers and resource persons were SME’s from the BPO industry.
The main objective of the TTT was to orient the counselors regarding teaching, learning and delivery of IT Skills course.
