| Hìmär Arjun Singh
Hìmär is the Conference Manager at PCF6. As a research scholar, Hìmär wrote papers for leading Indian strategic think tanks on foreign policy and later worked as a Management Consultant for a Chinese Consultancy Firm in Shanghai. Hìmär also worked for the Economic Research and Policy Division at the Confederation of Indian Industry in Chandigarh before moving to the Outlook Group and subsequently the Times Group as a journalist. Hìmär has written extensively on economic issues, international trade and strategic affairs. He is an alumnus of Fudan University - Shanghai, P.R China, the Indian Institute of Planning and Management, New Delhi, the Himachal Pradesh University and the prestigious Bishop Cotton School, Shimla.

| S.M. Fazil |
S.M. Fazil, Assistant Registrar (Finance & Accounts), Indira Gandhi National Open University, is a permanent employee of the University since last 21 last years. He has been specially nominated by the Vice Chancellor and deputed to PCF-6 for his background and extensive experience in Finance, Accounts and Administration, in India and abroad. Having graduated in Commerce/Advanced Accountancy with Honours from Aligarh Muslim University in 1975, Fazil worked on some key positions in European companies having Joint Ventures in the Middle East. During his last 21 years' association with IGNOU, his services have been specially assigned quite a few times to different departments/centres of the University which needed special skills and expertise in finance and accounting to complete unique projects. |

| Shweta Sharma |
Shweta is a junior consultant at the PCF6 secretariat handling abstracts. Prior to this she has worked with New Delhi Economics and India China Economic Cultural Council as a Consultant. She has also worked as a Research Associate for Small Business Voices, London, United Kingdom and as a Policy Analyst, Laxpra Foundation, Udaipur. She was a Full-time PhD Research Scholar, JRN Rajasthan Vidyapeeth (D) University, Udaipur, India. |

| Amarjit Singh |
Amarjit is a junior Consultant (Web Master) at the PCF6 Secretariat. He has a bachelor's degree from Delhi University and a Master in Computer Science degree from the Kurukshetra University. He has worked at eBay as Business Developer Manager handling all major clients like HCL, INTEX, ITC LTD, Luxor & training the sellers on ways to develop their business in the International market with the aid of ecommerce and at Surv Worldwide a Division of Onkar International, specializing in tours, travel and ticketing. Earlier he had worked with IGNOU in a team under the Pro-VC for the preparation of the Layout for the book "Information Base a Open University, Distance Education Institute and Correspondents Courses Institute" He is associated with different NGO's for social causes. |
