    4. You may send your Full Paper to the Conference Manager PCF6 at fullpaper@pcf6.net. Please specify your theme and sub theme at the time of submission of your paper. You will receive acknowledgement of the receipt of your proposal within 2 working days (this takes into account international time differences).
    5. Your proposal will be reviewed by members of the programme committee who will forward their feedback to you directly. (Please allow a three-week period for this).
    6. If the feedback:
    A. Requires you to make some changes and resubmit your proposal, you will be given some advice on exactly what needs doing and a deadline for re-sending the proposal.
    B. States that your proposal has been accepted, you will need to start preparing the full submission of your contribution which is due no later than 15th September 2010.
    C. Reports that your proposal is not suited to the conference and its themes, you will not be required to prepare anything further and you may instead proceed to register as a delegate for the conference.
    7. All completed contributions should be submitted for review by 15th Aug 2010.
    8. Once the programme committee has received all the contributions and started the review process, they will prepare structure of the programme.
    9. Conference participants will all be notified about when their contribution is scheduled during the conference. Important: scheduling of conference sessions can only be confirmed once participants have registered for a place and their conference fee has been accepted.
