Block 2 Named Rights and Duties covers Right to Equality, Right to Freedom, Rights against Exploitation, Freedom of Religion, Cultural and Education Rights, Constitutional Remedies, Directive Principles of State Policy, Fundamental Duties . Block 3 Named Institutional Mechanisms and Alternative Dispute Resolution covers Alternative Dispute Resolution , Arbitration, Mediation and Conciliation, Ombudsman, Lokpal and Lokayukta , Administrative Tribunals. Block 4 Named Access to Justice covers Right to Information, Supreme Court and High Courts, District Courts , Legal Aid and Legal Literacy, Public Interest Litigation, Human Rights Protection Mechanisms.

This course consists of 4 blocks. block 1 named Legal Maxims and Principles of Civil, Criminal and Evidence Laws covers Legal Maxims relating to Civil Law, Legal Maxims relating to Criminal Law, Law of Civil Procedure, Principles of Criminal Law, Law of Criminal Procedure, Law of Evidence, Criminal Justice System (Police, Prison and Public Prosecution). Block 2 named Select Civil Laws covers Family Law-I (Marriage and Succession), Family Law-II (Adoption, Maintenance and Guardianship), Law of Torts, Principles related to Environment Protection, Environment Protection Laws. Block 3 . Named Select Commercial Laws covers Law of Business Enterprises, Law of Contract, Property Law, Intellectual Property Law.
Block 4 Named Labour and Consumer Protection Laws covers Code on Wages, 2019, Industrial Relations Code, 2020, Code on Social Security, 2020, Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020, Consumer Protection Act 2019: Salient Features, Consumer Rights, Consumer Responsibilities, Grievance Redressal Mechanism under Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

This course consists of 5 blocks. Block 1 Named Law Relating to Women and Children covers Understanding Gender Based Discrimination, Offences against Women, Domestic Violence, Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace, Convention on The Rights of Child, Offences against Children , Juvenile Justice System.

Block 2 Named Law Relating to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes covers Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act,1989 , Employment of Manual Scavengers and Construction of Dry Latrines (Prohibition) Act, 2013, Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act, 1976. Block 3 Named Laws Relating to Persons with Disabilities covers Guiding Principles, Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, 2006, Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, Other Disability Legislations (Mental Healthcare Act, 2017, National Trust for the Welfare of Persons with autism, cerebral palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Act, 1999, Rehabilitation Council of India Act, 1992). Block 2 Named Realisation of Social and Economic Rights covers Right to Food, Right to Housing, Right to Health, Right to education, Right to Work. Block 3 Named Natural Resources and the Law covers Land Rights, Land Acquisition, Water Rights, Forest Rights. Block 4 Named Legal Research and Skill Development covers Research Methodology, Using Law Library, Web-Based Research and Legal Referencing, Reading Cases and Statutes, Writing Skills, Understanding FIR, affidavits & other Documents in Criminal Cases, Client Interviewing, Client Counselling, Basic Skills of Paralegals.
