The courses of this program are meticulously designed by experts across the country to provide the learners with a thorough understanding of fundamental concepts in core areas of Zoology, such as Molecular Cell Biology, Genetics and Animal Biotechnology, Comparative Animal Physiology and Biochemistry, Systematics, Biodiversity and Evolution, Genomics and Proteomics, Immunology, and so on. Adequate Zoology experiments and laboratory techniques to strengthen the learning abilities of students are provided in a structural manner. Students can also formulate scientific questions, exchange scientific ideas with colleagues, analyse, troubleshoot, and summarize the research data. Our special elective courses, including Parasitology, Animal Behaviour and Animal Welfare Ethics, Aquaculture, Insect Taxonomy and Morphology, Insect Physiology and Toxicology, and Applied Entomology, are aimed at introducing you to current developments in these exciting areas of Zoology, as well as the interdisciplinary nature of science in modern times and the vast scope of its applications.
